Some appropriate treatments can be carried out to prevent the hangers from being easily stained with electrophoresis paint, thereby reducing the cost in this regard.

(3) Electrophoresis tank liquid

The parameters of the electrophoresis tank liquid should be kept stable, because if it is unstable, it will be scrapped and cannot be used.

(4) Drying

If it is a continuous production line, a bridge drying oven is often used, but if it is an intermittent production line, a channel drying oven is often used.

(5) Wastewater treatment

There should be supporting wastewater treatment so that it can meet the discharge standards. It must not be discharged directly, as this will seriously pollute the environment.
